Application for John Gumm and Civic Center Rental Space( local government agencies only)

By submitting this application, the applicant and the organization the applicant represents accept and agree to abide by all of the County's regulations/policy (insert document here) regarding use of this facility; furthermore, to indemnify, defend, and hold the County harmless from any claims or actions arising out of the group's acts or omissions pursuant to its use of the facilities. 

The county assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, or liability/injury that may arise from the use of the facilities, unless arising out of the acts or omissions of the county, its officers, employees, subcontractors, or agents. 

Meeting Reservations must be made at least 10 business days prior to the meeting.

Event Reservations must be made at least 30 days prior to the event. Deposits and Insurance Certificates are required at least 15 days prior to the event. Please email the Liability Insurance Certificate of $2,000,000.00 to jacyn.normine@columbiacountyor.gov
