Payment Information

Your fine must be received by the Justice Court before the date of your scheduled appearance. See notice #5, on the back of your citation;

• “if you do not pay the full presumptive fine amount in advance and do not appear, the court may enter a conviction and judgment against you for more than the presumptive fine and up to the maximum penalty allowed by law for the charged offense(s) including the maximum fines, restitution, and other court costs.”

Please remember to enter citation numbers (not letters) that appear in the upper right-hand corner of your citation.

If you are unable to pay your fine at the court appearance, you may request a payment agreement. You must appear in person to enter into a payment agreement.  If you fail to appear and need to enter into a payment agreement, you must call our office and schedule an appearance date and time. Pay plans are subject to an additional one-time fee of $25.00.

By making a payment through this payment portal you are hereby entering a NO CONTEST PLEA to the Violation(s) on the citation and, if someone other than the defendant is allowing their debit or credit card to be used, the payment will be considered the defendant's monies and if any refund is made it will be sent to the defendant.
