Property Tax Data and Reports

The Assessor's Office provides a variety of data and reports annually.  These data files and reports include:

  • Annual Certification Reports - Reports are available in portable document format (.pdf).  They include Summary of Assessment & Tax Roll, Summary of Assessment and Levies (SAL) Tables, Tax District Totals, Tax Code Totals, Top 20 Taxpayers by District, District Collections Comparison, Recalculation and Reappraisal Setup Studies for Residential Property, and Ratio Study Report
  • Certified Tax Roll Data - Each zipped folder contains several data files and descriptions for that year's data.  Data is captured as tab delimited text files at the time of tax roll certification each year and can be downloaded and imported into a database or spreadsheet.  Columbia County assumes you know how to use the application(s) you choose to use to import this data and does not have the resources to provide support in the use of the data.
  • Property Sales Data - Real Property Sales Data is published quarterly in Microsoft Excel format.
  • Taxing Districts' Revenue Reports - Reports are available in portable document format (.pdf).  They include District Revenue Estimates, Comparison of Previous Year Actual vs. Current Year Estimated District RevenueTax Abatement Estimate by District (GASB 77 Report), Summary of Assessment and Levies (SAL) Table 4a, and Comparison of Previous Year Actual vs. Current Year Actual District Revenue.
