Columbia County's two franchisee haulers or service providers are Hudson Garbage dba Waste Connections and WM for commercial garbage and recycling collection services. Columbia County businesses, apartment complexes or households that are remodeling or constructing a home that need larger containers may contact service providers for collection services. Commercial collection service areas and service providers are listed below. Here is a map of the collection service areas. Holidays (Service providers do not collect on these holidays). If your service falls on or after a holiday, your service will be delayed by one day.

Collection container colors and sizes: garbage and recycling (95-gallon carts), and 1-yard, 1.5-yard, 2-yard, 3-yard, 5-yard, 10-yard, 20-yard, 30-yard and 40-yard containers. 

Commercial collection service areas: Columbia City, Deer Island, Goble, Prescott, Rainier, Scappoose, St. Helens, Warren, Vernonia and Yankton
