TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS

1. Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at or after 10:00 a.m., in a hybrid meeting from the John Gumm Building and Civic Center, 251 St. Helens Street, St. Helens, Oregon.  Web Meeting Information: visit www.columbiacountyor.gov/meetings.

2. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the proposed fee increase for Columbia County Community Justice, Adult Division.

3. The proposed Fee Summary is available for review at the following web address. https://www.columbiacountyor.gov/departments/BoardofCommissionersOffice/Hearings, and available for review at the Board of County Commissioners’ Office at 251 St. Helens Street, Suite 203, St. Helens, Oregon 97051.

4. Comments may be submitted in person to the Board of County Commissioners’ Office, 251 St. Helens Street, mailed to the Board of Commissioners at 230 Strand Street, St. Helens, Oregon 97051, or by email to Jacyn Normine at jacyn.normine@columbiacountyor.gov prior to September 9, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
