Property Tax Data and Reports generated prior to April 24, 2026, have been archived to meet the federally mandated WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) Title II – AA rules and regulations which will take effect on April 24, 2026.

The Assessor's Office provides a variety of data and reports annually.  These data files and reports include:

  • Annual Certification Reports - Reports are available in portable document format (.pdf).  They include Summary of Assessment & Tax Roll, Summary of Assessment and Levies (SAL) Tables, Tax District Totals, Tax Code Totals, Top 20 Taxpayers by District and, District Collections Comparison.
  • Certified Tax Roll Data - Each zipped folder contains several data files and descriptions for that year's data.  Data is captured as tab-delimited text files at the time of tax roll certification each year and can be downloaded and imported into a database or spreadsheet.  Columbia County assumes you know how to use the application(s) you choose to use to import this data and does not have the resources to provide support in the use of the data.
  • Property Sales Data - Real Property Sales Data is published quarterly in Microsoft Excel format. 1st Quarter will be published by June 30th, 2nd Quarter will be published by September 30th, 3rd Quarter will be published by December 31st and 4th Quarter will be published by March 30th.
  • Taxing Districts' Revenue Reports - Reports are available in portable document format (.pdf).  They include District Revenue Estimates, Comparison of Previous Year Actual vs. Current Year Estimated District Revenue, Tax Abatement Estimate by District (GASB 77 Report), Summary of Assessment and Levies (SAL) Table 4a, and Comparison of Previous Year Actual vs. Current Year Actual District Revenue
