  • SAFE of Columbia County 24/7 Crisis Line: Call 503-397-6161 or toll-free 1-866-397-6161 for free, confidential crisis intervention, safety planning, and emergency shelter information.
  • National Domestic Violence Hotline: Call 1-800-799-SAFE (7233), available 24/7 for support and resources.

Advocacy & Legal Resources

  • Columbia County District Attorney’s Victims Assistance Program: Call 503-397-0300 or the direct advocate line at 503-366-3914 (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) for help with crime victims' rights, case status updates, and protective order support
