PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Transportation Road Advisory Committee (TRAC) will hold the January 15, 2026, rescheduled public meeting on February 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held virtually and in person at the Columbia County Road Department, located at Healy Hall, 1054 Oregon Street, St. Helens, Oregon 97051.
The purpose of the Transportation and Road Advisory Committee (TRAC) is to recommend to the Board of Commissioners and the Public Works Director of Columbia County ways to address public needs relating to roads and transportation. More specifically, review and recommend changes to the: Transportation System Plan, 2) Road Standards, 3) Annual Road Department Construction Project List, 4) Road Department procedures and policies as requested by the Public Works Director.
