Columbia County Health Services and Columbia County Public Health are partnering to hold their Annual Columbia County Day of Service at the St. Helens Foursquare Church on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

This event is shaping up to be the county's biggest health - community resource event of the year. 

There will be health services, including youth and adult eye exams, diabetes screenings, fall prevention, and other screenings.
