Special Meeting of the AOC Membership.

One or more of the Columbia County Commissioners will attend this Special AOC Membership Meeting. 

In accordance with the AOC Constitution and Bylaws, specifically Article XVI, Section 2, the AOC Board of Directors, at its meeting on Wednesday, October 29, officially voted to call this Special Meeting.

Article XVI, Section 2 states:

The Board of Directors may call special meetings of AOC membership at any time by giving notice to the County Court or Board of County Commissioners of each member county at least five days prior to the date of the meeting. The notices shall state the purpose of this meeting.

• Purpose: AOC members, counsels and county HHS directors will receive a briefing on the latest version of the county financial assistance agreement for behavioral health.
