1. Notice is hereby given that the Columbia County Board of Commissioner will constitute a quorum on Wednesday March 13, 2024, at or after 1:00p.m.

2. The purpose of this meeting is for the Board of County Commissioners to conduct the Annual Inspection at the Columbia County Jail, required under https://oregon.public.law/statutes/ors_169.040
