The Columbia County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing during its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at the Courthouse Annex, 230 Strand Street, St. Helens, Oregon 97051. The purpose of this hearing is to take comment on draft findings to support the use of the Design-Build contracting process for the proposed Fairgrounds Improvement Project. A copy of the proposed findings is available on the County’s website at https://www.columbiacountyor.gov/Hearings.
