Columbia County is offering a series of open houses throughout the county to explain the new rules passed by the Oregon legislature in 2019.  The sessions are informal and allow for property owners to speak directly with planners to learn more about how the rules will be applied and to give direction to property owners who wish to place new dwellings on land designated as primary forest, zoned PF 80.
