SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

1. Notice is hereby given that the Columbia County Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting on Monday, August 17, 2026, at or after 11:30 a.m. at the John Gumm Building and Civic Center, St. Helens, OR. 97051.

2. The purpose of this meeting is for the Board of County Commissioners to discuss public body facilities and meeting spaces.

3. The Board of Commissioners will recess the Special Public Meeting to enter into an executive session pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(o) to consider matters relating to the
   safety of the governing body and of public body staff and volunteers and the
   security of public body facilities and meeting spaces.

4. This is a public meeting except during  Executive Sessions.  No Public Comment will be received during this meeting.
