FEE SCHEDULE

The following fees are effective July 1, 2017:

Subdivision Plat review (one field visit).....................................................$800 + $60/lot-tract

Subdivision Plat review - post-mon (two field visits)................................$1000 + $60/lot-tract

Post Monument Refundable Deposit..........................................................$500 + $300/lot-tract

Planned Unit Development Plat review......................................................$800 + $60/lot-tract

Condominium Plat review...........................................................................$800 + $60/unit

                       

Partition Plat review....................................................................................$700

Record of Survey; Boundary, R/W, PLA,.................................................$250

           (multiple projects or pages may involve additional fees)

 

Post Monument/Affidavit of Correction (posted & replace scan)..........$100 per map edit

Legal Description review (and related research)......................................$70 per hour 

Required field review/visits not covered above........................................$120/crew hour

Submittals:

1 paper copy required for all surveys submitted for review, fee required with submittal.                              

3 paper copies are required for all plats submitted for review together with a Title Report and fee.
