COLUMBIA COUNTY SURVEYOR’S

FEE SCHEDULE

The following fees are effective October 1, 2025:

Subdivision Plat review (one field visit)	........................................... $1,200 + $75 per lot-tract
Large Lot Subdivision (lots 5 acres and above)	........................................... + $200 per lot-tract

Subdivision Plat review - post-mon (two field visits)	........................................... $1,500 + $75 per lot-tract
Large Lot Subdivision (lots 5 acres and above)	........................................... + $200 per lot-tract

Post Monument Deposit (Refundable)	........................................... To be determined by County Surveyor
Condominium Plat review	........................................... $1,200 + $100 per unit
Partition Plat review	........................................... $850
Record of Survey; Boundary, R/W, PLA	........................................... $300
Over 3 sheets	........................................... $25 per sheet

Legal Description review	........................................... $90 per hour
Post Monument/Affidavit of Correction	........................................... $100 per map edit
Required field review/visits not covered above	........................................... $175 per crew hour

Submittals:
One paper copy required for all surveys submitted for review, fee required with submittal.
One paper copy required for all plats submitted for review together with a Title Report and fee.
