Detention

The Columbia County Juvenile Division contracts with the Cowlitz County Juvenile Department in Longview, Washington to provide all detention services for individuals under the age of 18.

Visitation hours are subject to change and it is advised that you contact Cowlitz County Juvenile directly before making visitation arrangements.

• Visitors will be limited to parents and custodial guardians, clergy, attorneys, and caseworkers.
• All visitors must present a picture ID before visitation is granted.
• Visitation will be visually observed. Residents may be searched after visitation.
• Residents cannot accept personal phone calls. Youth may make collect calls out during designated hours.
